National’s Passport Rehabilitation program is individualized and goal-oriented. At the start of your stay with us, our experienced staff will work with you to map out a unique treatment plan with short- and long-term goals that focus on exactly what you need to optimize your recovery.
Weekly team and family conferences provide opportunities for you and your loved ones to evaluate your progress to ensure you stay on track to a quick recovery. Your trip’s length is determined by progress, and our staff is ready to assist you in arranging for your departure, provide for any medical equipment, and schedule home care and follow-up visits.
